It looks like Samsung could announce two more mid-range smartphones soon. After launching the Galaxy A15 5G and the Galaxy A25 5G, it is time for the South Korean firm to release the Galaxy A35 and the Galaxy A55. The renders of both these phones were revealed a few weeks ago, but their clearer images have now leaked, revealing all their color variants.

Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 get design improvements

The press renders of the Galaxy A35 and the Galaxy A55 were published by legendary leakster Evan Blass (@evleaks). As you can see in the images below, the Galaxy A35 finally has an Infinity-O design for the screen, featuring a modern-looking punch-hole-shaped display cutout for the front-facing camera. This is an upgrade compared to the Galaxy A34, which has a U-shaped notch on the top of the screen. The Galaxy A55 is also getting a huge upgrade: a metal frame. This is the first Galaxy A series phone with a metal frame, making it more durable and premium.

Both phones have Samsung's new ‘Key Island' design language and come in four colors: Black, Green, Pink, and White. The image below hints at the inclusion of an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance and Knox for security. The bezels of the phones appear slightly thinner compared to their predecessors. Both smartphones are reported to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery and 25W fast charging. As usual, we can expect these upcoming devices to feature stereo speakers and Samsung Pay.

It has been revealed in the past that the Galaxy A35 will come equipped with the Exynos 1380 processor, while the Galaxy A55 will have the brand-new Exynos 1480 processor with an Xclipse 530 GPU. Both phones will likely feature 8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage, and a microSD card slot. Both smartphones will have 50MP primary cameras with OIS and 5MP macro cameras. The Galaxy A35 could have an 8MP ultrawide camera, while the Galaxy A55 has a 12MP ultrawide camera sensor.

The Galaxy A35 and the Galaxy A55 will likely feature GPS, 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. They will likely run Android 14-based One UI 6.x out of the box and get four major Android OS updates and five years of security updates.
